We love seeing your renovation projects on Instagram and so decided it was time for another customer takeover week! We celebrate the creative ways that our customers style each of our collections to suit a variety of interior design schemes. From interior bloggers to first-time renovators, today’s blog will be taking a look at some of our favourite projects you’ve been working on so far this summer…
Choosing the right samples
Blogger @ebonyday1 shared her samples last week, enlisting her audience’s help to decide on which design would suit her new build house (@ourtinytribeuk ) to help turn it into a cosy family home. From delicate floral motifs to light ashy authentic woods, there are plenty of choices for a contemporary look that also creates a cosy space. Which design would you go for? We can’t wait to see the finished look in her hallway and kitchen.
Statement Hallway Styling
One of our favourite tags over on Instagram this week was from Eleanor Jane Interiors (@eleanorjaneinteriors) who styled this beautiful Georgian hallway using our Northmore tiles. They create an authentic, welcoming entranceway that sets the tone for the rest of the property. The neutral tones and white backdrop lighten the space, blending seamlessly with the on-trend panelled walls and pop of green from the plants.
Another ultra-stylish hallway image from this week is from Jane at @come_home_to_no_57 who uses our Pattern Ashen tiles by Dee Hardwicke to brighten the entranceway to her home and add a fun statement look that complements the bright pink doorway and mix of contemporary and traditional styling. The Pattern collection is inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, and one of Dee’s original ceramic illustrations. We have brought these designs up to date to suit the demands of modern family life.
“I’m still in love with my @harveymaria floor tiles, I think they’re a great success making our hallway so much lighter and brighter, it’s one of my favourite spaces now and definitely makes my heart sing.” – Jane @come_home_to_no_57
A bathroom refresh
Create a light and refreshing bathroom space like @alexandralouisewu has using our Lattice tiles in collaboration with celebrated UK designer Dee Hardwicke. Alexandra uses eclectic decor and a mixture of neutral tones with pops of colour to create this uplifting space, perfect to brighten up any summer day. We love the green tones of the statement wall against the neutral floral motif of Lattice.
Whatever space you’re thinking of refreshing for the summer season, whether it be an open-plan kitchen or a sociable commercial space (you can read more about commercial projects here), new flooring is a great investment that not only transforms a room but will last for years to come.
