General Fitting:

Prepare the subfloor (plywood/ screed) ensuring it's completely flat, smooth, clean and dry (moisture levels must be within acceptable parameters - consult your underlayment specialist if unsure e.g F.Ball & Co. ). It is essential to acclimatise the flooring by placing in the room where it's to be fitted for at least 24-48 hours prior to fitting with room temperature set between 18℃ to 27℃ which should be maintained at a stable rate throughout fitting and for 72 hours after fitting while the adhesive cures, meaning that sudden and/or big changes in temperature, even within these parameters, must be avoided throughout. Work out the laying plan in advance and lay the tiles into the adhesive according to the adhesive instructions following the directional arrows on the reverse. A trained fitter will ensure best results. Always follow the full fitting guidance (links below).

Additional advice for this collection:

Colours in this collection are designed to be combined to create a chequerboard or other multi-coloured floor. If choosing to fit as a single colour then use an off-set (brick) pattern and/or consider fitting design feature strips between the tiles to ease fitting and provide an accent of colour. Slight shade variation between individual tiles means a multi-tonal appearance should be expected when fitting as a single colour, which may be more apparent in certain lighting conditions. If the appearance of a seamless, single colour floor is required then consider choosing a sheet product rather than a tile product.
