Shipping Information

Your order will be dispatched from our Tennessee warehouse. See more information below and please contact us prior to shipment if you have any questions.

Samples shipping

USA – Standard shipping of sample orders is free via USPS First Class or Priority Mail service. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your samples. Upgrade to expedited shipping at the checkout for priority dispatch with FedEx.

Canada – Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of your samples with standard USPS shipping. Choose express shipping at the checkout for expedited services.

Flooring & accessories shipping

Standard US Shipping* – We aim for your shipment to reach you in around 5-7 business days, but some orders may take longer to reach you. We’ll send you an email confirming details of your shipment once your order is dispatched. Most orders are shipped with our preferred shipping partner FedEx. Expedited shipping services can be selected at checkout.

It is always advisable to order well in advance of your planned install date in case of shipping delays and so the flooring has have time to acclimate in the room for at least 48 hours before fitting and to avoid potential disruption to your install schedule. Courier deliveries can never be completely guaranteed.

Carriers – US & Canada shipping is usually with FedEx.  Larger orders may be shipped on a palletized shipping service.

Timing –  Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 days. Most shippers will deliver to you between 08.00 and 18.00 hrs although delivery may be attempted outside of these hours at busy times.

To avoid re-delivery charges, you must inform us at the time of order if there is anything which may affect delivery of your order (eg. restricted vehicle access).

Shipping charges – charges are calculated automatically at the checkout. Charges are based on weight and geographical location. Simply enter your address details and charges will be calculated for you at the checkout. Any additional taxes and import duties not itemised and collected by us at checkout are your responsibility.

Delays – Shipping companies will occasionally experience problems which may delay the arrival of your order. Please note that we are not responsible for any consequential loss or damages caused by any delays and recommend that you take delivery of your order and check your flooring prior to finalising install arrangements. Shipping charges for delayed deliveries are non-refundable unless we failed to dispatch your order in a timely manner in which case we may partially refund your shipping charges at our sole discretion.
